Logan serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Strive, where he leads the company’s legal, corporate governance, and compliance functions and plays a key role in business and operational strategy alongside Strive’s other officers and board of directors.
Logan has a proven track record of building businesses, driving operational excellence, and creating shareholder value and was specifically recruited to help lead Strive through a series of transformational changes. Before joining Strive, Logan served as Chief Executive Officer of Matterhorn Transactions, Inc., a technology company he sold to DealPulse, Inc. in 2023 and has founded and built multiple companies, including Artusi Music.
Logan previously worked as an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, in investment banking at JPMorgan, and in private equity at GE Equity. Logan teaches financial markets and corporate law at Yale Law School and is a award-winning author. He speaks frequently across the U.S. and has been featured by The Wall Street Journal, Fox News, The New York Times, ABC News, and other media outlets.
Logan graduated first in his class with a B.S. from Fairfield University, was Fulbright Scholar at Queens University, and earned his J.D. from Yale Law School. He is admitted to the New York and Connecticut Bars.
