Ben Werkman is the Chief Investment Officer at Strive. Prior to joining Strive, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Swan Bitcoin, where he first joined as a treasury strategy consultant in December 2024. A long-time Bitcoin advocate and entrepreneur, Mr. Werkman has deep expertise in distressed credit, treasury strategy, strategic finance, capital raising, and both equity and derivatives trading. He has advised both public and private corporations on Bitcoin adoption and treasury implementation, helping executives articulate the long-term value proposition of integrating Bitcoin into their capital structures and driving shareholder value. Mr. Werkman spent much of his earlier career as a Manager at KPMG where he focused on governance and corporate strategy.
Ben received his BBA in Finance and Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
